Enchilada  Casserole 

                                                                2 lbs.Ground Chuck   
                                                                1 10oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
                                                                    Dash of Garlic Powder  
                                                                3 Small Onions, chopped
                                                                1 Dozen Tortillas      
                                                                1 (4oz.) can Green Chilies  chopped
                                                                1 10oz. can Enchilada Sauce 
                                                                   1/2 lb.Cheddar Cheese ,shredded 

                                                         Combine Beef, Chopped Onions, Garlic Powder,
                                                         and Chopped Green Chilies in a skillet.
                                                         Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occassionally.
                                                         Dip 3 Tortillas in Enchilada Sauce and place in bottom
                                                         of a greased flat cassarole dish.
                                                        Add  1/4  of Meat Mixture,Spreading to form a thin layer.
                                                         Add 1/4  of Cheese, then 1/4 of Soup.
                                                      Continue layers of Tortillas,Meat,Cheese and Soup,
                                                       until all ingredients have been used.
                                                      Pour any remaining Enchilada Sauce over Top.
                                                       Bake at 450* for 20 minutes.

                                                                              Makes 6 Servings.
