| DILLED NEW POTATOES AND PEAS 2 pounds new potatoes, small, with skins 3/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup new peas 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives In a saucepan over high heat bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add potatoes and salt. Cover; reduce heat and steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Add peas and steam 3 minutes longer. Drain and stir in cream, dill and chives. Heat until hot and serve. |
