8 oz package cream cheese 1 can crab meat seafood sauce (the red kind) Soften the cream cheese and spread on the bottom on your serving dish (I find a quiche dish is just right). Drain the crab meat REALLY well, even squeezing it in some paper towels, and spread it on top of the cream cheese. Then add a layer of the seafood sauce. Chill, and serve with crackers. We usually have Triscuits. This is my favorite appetizer recipe...... VERY easy and I've never had anyone NOT like it. |
