Crab Rangoons

8 ounce cream cheese 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
wonton or egg roll wrapper cut in quarters  
2 green onion, chopped  
1/2 cup crab meat* finely chopped
*I used 1-6 ounce can of crab meat and it worked just fine.

   Mix together the cream cheese, chopped green onions,
garlic powder and crab meat.
Place about 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of the
dough square.
Dampen the edges with a wet finger and pinch the corners
together. 
Deep fry for about two minutes or unitl golden brown.  
  The wonton wrappers are very easy to handle.
Some were leftover so I just cut them into strips and deep fried
them also.
At some restaurants where serve Crab rangoons,
I've seen them like ravioli so there may not be any leftovers
if you use two wrappers versus one for each rangoon
