3 ounce package of softened cream cheese 3 tablespoons melted butter 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken 1/4 tsp salt and pepper 2 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon pimento 1 tablespoon chopped onion 8 ounce can refrigerator crescent rolls 3 cups seasoned croutons, crushed
Blend cheese, melted butter, chicken,. seasonings, milk, onion, and pimento. Roll crescents in four rectangles. Place 1/2 cup of chicken mix on each rectangle and pull four corners together, seal tightly. Roll in crushed croutons and brush with butter. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Cut into bite size pieces and serve on a toothpick. |
