Cheese Ball

about 1 cup pecans (give or take)
  8 oz cream cheese, softened  
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated  
1 package Ranch dressing, dry   

Finely chop the pecans and put aside on a flat plate.
(If you've got a food processor, this can all be done
with the blade attachment and no extra cleaning steps)
Put the cheeses and dry mix into processor and mix
until fully blended.
It will sorta form a ball.
Take the mixture out with your hands and make into
a ball (It'll be about 4-5 inches in diameter) and roll
in pecans.
Serve with Ritz or any kind of crackers (sociables, harvest crisps, whatever you've got).
Done!
