Buttermilk Hotcakes

       Beat: 
           2 Eggs
      Add :    
      1/4 cup Oil        
     1 tsp. Salt    
     3 T.Sugar     
     1 tsp. Baking Soda, level Mix altogether then add:

                                                                                                
1 1/2 cups Buttermilk   
                                                                                                
1 1/2 cups Plain Flour 
                                                                                                               
   Mix well.
      
*If using Self-Rising Flour, omit Salt and   Soda.
