Broccoli Parmesan


20 ounces broccoli spears -- frozen
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup -- condensed
2/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese



Cook broccoli in oblong casserole with a couple table spoons water. Cover with plastic wrap and micro-cook on high 9 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain. Cook onion in butter. in small dish in microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes. Blend in soup milk and parmesan cheese. Heat 1 to 3 minutes. Serve atop broccoli.
