Broccoli, Cheese & Rice Casserole



   2      Cups          Minute Rice(uncooked)
   1      Can           Cream of Mushroom Soup
   1      Pound         Velveeta Cheese
   2      Package       Frozen chopped broccoli
     1/4  Cup           Butter

Cook rice per instructions on box.
Combine soup, Velveeta and butter in
saucepan.
Cook until blended.
Mix together broccoli, rice and sauce.
Pourinto buttered casserole dish and bake in moderate oven
(375~F-400~F) for 1hour (uncovered).
