Cinnamon Topping 1/3 cup brown sugar (or white) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons MIX margarine or butter Combine dry ingredients and cut in margarine. Spread over batter before baking. Apple Cake: Top Basic Coffee Cake with apple slices arranged in a pretty design. Sprinkle with a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. |
