This cool, creamy shake is just the thing for a hot afternoon � frozen banana slices cleverly take the place of ice cream. The shake is also a great source of vitamin C and calcium. Serves four.
1 large banana, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch slices 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1-1/2 cups strawberry frozen yogurt 1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened) 1 cup skim milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
Toss banana slices with lemon juice. Place on a baking sheet. Cover; place in freezer 1 hour. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, scraping sides several times. |
