APPLESAUCE CAKE

Ingredients
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
1-1/2 cup flour 
1/3 cup sugar 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1/4 cup canola oil 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 cup unsweetened chunky applesauce 
1 tablespoon apple jelly

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9" pan.
Combine all except last 2 ingredients.
Add in applesauce.
Spread batter into pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Spread jelly over top of cake.
You can also sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Cut & serve.
