

I am basically making myself eat 3 meals a day
I was one of those skip breakfast, skip lunch
then by afternoon start picking at everything types
Lucky for me I live in the sticks 15 miles
from drive thru Mcdonalds, Wendys etc.

Learn all u can about high gylcemic foods
Eliminate all things white- flour,sugar,pasta,rice
