I haven't written in so long - I just didn wanna.

Here is my exhibition report:

Momma took me and momma Jessie to the South Shore Exhibition from July 23-28. I was such a good boy, both mommas were proud of me.

I got 1st place in Registered Halter Geldings even though I didn wanna stand still. Momma Jess only got 4th in her mare class.

I placed 3rd out of 13 in Amateur Trail. That was really fun. I like it. I got 4th in Jr Horse Western Pleasure out of 10, 4th in Jr Horse English Pleasure out of 6, 4th out of 4 in Dressage (that was strange, I never did anything like that before). I went in some other classes but I didn place. I was a pretty good boy all week. Lots of stuff going on everywhere! Cows, oxen, giant horses, mini horses, a funny sounding horse with long ears...

Momma Jessie was good too but didn really place good until the end of the week. Besides halter, she got 6th in English Pleasure, 6th in Stock Horse, 6th in Command (out of 19), 4th in Reining, 4th (out of 16) in Open Trail. I was in open trail too & did really good but I didn place :( She also got 3rd in Western Riding, 3rd in Reining #2, 5th in Road Hack (out of 10), 1st in Trail Stake, 5th in Western Pleasure Stake, and 1st in Versatility Stake.

Momma Jessie and me had our own competition going on that week and she ended up winning that, she got more 1st places and more ribbons than I did. I was winning the first half of the week tho.

Momma Jessie didn do very good at the Annapolis Valley Exhibition in Lawrencetown. She was very bad. I'm glad I didn have to go, but momma said I'm going next year. Yeah, Jessie acted up lots. I heard she was buckin and bouncin around. She got 3rd in Trail Stake, 2nd in Maritime Bred, 2nd in Western Trail, and placed in a few other classes. Momma Jessie said she HATES it there and does not want to go anymore, she's had enough years of it.

I think Momma would like to completely retire momma Jessie and let her have more babies. I don't think that's a very good idea. I'm the baby.
