When I offered to become the second photographer for my cousin's wedding, he said that the most important thing was for me to enjoy myself and enjoy the dinner. Still I couldn't resist the opportunity when the couple was about to get off the stage following a speech.
I found myself sitting at a dinner table that was on the wrong side of the action and it was impossible to get out onto the isle. So I decided to photograph a bouquet of flowers on stage with the couple slightly out of focus in the background. This created an ideal image that I could use as the concluding photo in the wedding album.
