Goals
It is always important to have goals in your life. They help you to stay on track, and get a sense of pride once you achieve them.

Answer the following questions, you may need to refer back to session one or session 2 for help with your answers.

First we'll take a look at your overall goals.
1 - List 10 things that you would like to achieve during your lifetime. You may include personal life, career, education, and relationships.

2 - List 5 things that you would like to achieve in education and career.

3 - List 5 things that you would like to achieve within yourself (i.e. - self esteem, body image, how you deal with others, etc).

4 - List 5 things that you would like to achieve in your relationships (i.e.- getting married, getting along better with parents, having family time, etc.)

Now, we'll take a look at your short term goals. Your short term goals should always be things that you would like to accomplish during the next year.
5 - What small things can you do now to improve the quality of your education, and how much effort you put into it?

6 - What can you do to help you interact better with family and friends? What can you do to make more time for them?

7 - What can you do RIGHT NOW, or a few months in the future, to help you be more comfortable with yourself? (i.e. - join a painting class, make more "you" time, real self-help books about stress and body image, etc.).
