Freeza, the owner nearly all the universe, has caused many ardshipps o the Z fighters, it was his 
fault for both the Saiyan and Namek Sagas, plus it's partly his fault Cell and the androids were 
so strong. Freeaza imployed the Saiyans as his bodygaurds and to capture Planets for sale 
(hence the reason Kakarot/Goku was sent to Earth). He destroyed Planet Vegeta, home of the 
saiyan, because they were getting too powerfull and he thought they might try to overthrough 
him. Only one saiyan knew about his plans to blow up the Planet Vegeta, that was Bardoc, 
though no other saiyans believed him, and so Planet Vegeta was destroyed by what was made 
to look like a asteroid hitting the Planet, only 5 saiyans surrived (Vegeta, Nappa, Raditz, Broli 
and Paragas). 
The Namek Saga is set after the destruction of Planet Vegeta, on Planet... you geussed it 
Namek! it starts off with Bulma, Gohan and Kuririn going to Namek to find the Dragon Balls 
to wish the other Z fighters back. Though he killed Kuririn and all the Nameks, except Piccolo, 
he met his demise at the hands of the ones his destroyed first, Saiyans, he was first defeated by 
SSJ1 Goku on Namek and blown to peices along with it, then he, now more than 50% 
machine, and his father, King Cold, were both killed buy the young unknown Saiyan (Trunks).
