I tried an interesting restaurant last night.  It was called 'Marche'.  There was a variety of styles of cooking at this restaurant.  When you are seated, you are given a menu card.  You go to a station, choose what you want, and give the card to the chef at that station.

There was a Mexican station, a Sushi station, a German station, a Korean station, a pasta station, a chicken/ ribs station, beverage stations, dessert stations...

I had German-style sausage and potatoes.  My husband had chicken/ ribs/ and prawns.  My friends had sushi and lemonade.  We all passed on dessert.  I was really full by then... lol.

All in all... it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience.
