We have a vast collection of resources and of suppliers to make your special day possible. In short, we help you, the parent, come up with a really fun-packed event by suggesting the best suppliers and items we can find for your child(ren)'s special day. We are ready to help: - Individuals who cannot personally see to the party details - Parents/Companies who don't know where to start when giving a party for their child(ren)/employees - Grown ups who simply want to enjoy the event & not worry over the flow of the party - First time or expecting parents - Those who can only be back into the country shortly before the party. - You, the value-for-money seeker with a flair for fun and tasteful events Apart from the small family get-togethers, reunions and kiddie birthday parties, we have also planned for and executed a long list of product launches, family days, baptismal luncheons & showers, holiday events, Balloon Twisting/Summer Theater/Face Painting Seminars, for A-B clients including Citibank (Top Accounts, 100th Anniversary Family Day 2002), E-Telecare Philippines (Easter Carnival 2002 & Fun Day 2002), Discovery Suites (Easter Carnival 2002), Century Park Hotel (Easter Safari 2003, Top Accounts Night 2002, Easter Sparkle 2002, Easter Fiesta 2001 & Easter Carnival 2000) & NBA's Grant Hill-FILA Kiddie Party at Hotel Intercon, Celebrity Club and other corporate clients such as Coca-Cola, Lycos Asia, Nestle, Adarna Publishing House, Philam Savings Bank, IBM Philippines, Don Henrico's, Quattro, Xavier School and the Ateneo de Manila University. PARTYPARTYPARTY's sole proprietor, Rosario "Rosanne" C. Araneta, underwent substantial training in commercial advertising, theatre production and Early Childhood Education before becoming a party coordinator. She is now a veteran of at least 600 kiddie parties. To date, she has attended the First Face Painting Convention held last May 2002 in Orlando, Florida, USA and has been quoted in over five issues of Face Painting International Magazine (a US publication) since its maiden issue in 2001 & in Good Housekeeping Magazine (Age-Appropriate Party Planning, August 2000 issue). Moreover, her Face Painting talent was featured in Globe's Asia Games Print Ad (October 2002) and in "Breakfast," ANC's morning TV show (Face Painting segment, June 2001). With four partners, she plans to open & run a preschool at the Aspen Tower, Parkway Ave., Filinvest Alabang starting April of 2003. Rosanne is also a TV Commercial Talent. ARE YOU A PARTY SHOP? No. We have the services found at a party shop but we do not run one in a physical sense. The main difference is that we can sit down with you at your convenience (both in location and time) and plan your event and not just sell you the (same) items you think you need for it. ARE YOU EXPENSIVE? You decide--after we show you what we can do for you in terms of uniqueness and creativity. Party Shops may have inexpensive packages because they churn out the same things over and over again! We pride ourselves in being very personalized. On many occasions, we have started from scratch, to give you a theme party uniquely your own.Normal rates for planners are 20% of the whole package cost. We however, charge lower, usually 10% or aflat fee depending on the number of services we are doing for your party. HOW DO WE START PLANNING FOR MY PARTY? We can start with a theme, your budget or your requirements. Once we have any of these, we can put together your party package. WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE? WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS? PartyPartyParty is a home-based business. For security purposes, we do not let people into our homes. But we are located somewhere in Xavierville, Loyola Heights. If you want to meet or want to see our party albums, you are welcome to make an appointment with us at your office, home or nearest coffee shop.We work when needed. We meet with clients when they are available-given that we have no conflictingevents to oversee. If this means after office hours, during holidays, 2 AM or out of town, we do so. DO YOU DO OUT OF TOWN PARTIES? Yes we do out of town parties, but as with everything, we are subject to the availability of our suppliers. We do add a transportation fee for every entertainer that is booked within your party package. HOW FAR WOULD YOU GO? With ample lead-time, your map of the party venue and a reasonable transportation fee, we can specifically go to Baguio, Bulacan, Alabang & Calamba. In some cases, Client must spring for accommodations, food and transportation. DO YOU DELIVER JUST THE PARTY ITEMS? Yes. We can ship just the items by Aboitiz Express. In many occasions, we deliver your items by car. Items sent to areas outside of Metro Manila will be the property of Client and as such, cannot be on a rental basis. Further, these items must be fully paid for before they are shipped/delivered. DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST? Everybody does. Only, we do not release ours in full because we like to keep our colleagues from the same Industry on their toes ;o) What we do have is a looong list of Party Items and Services. Once you show interest in specific items, we would be only too glad to give your our rates. Too much work, we agree, but this separates the serious clients from spies or shoppers and us from the run of the mill party planners. We'd be happy to do research for your party. We have plenty of imported and local reading material to pull ideas from. Remember, the more unique the idea, the more memorable your party can be! DO YOU HAVE PACKAGES? We do not have Set Price Packages because we have found that they are never followed due to the personal preferences and unique circumstances of every party. Some clients prefer price over aesthetic Impact while others settle for common items over unique ones. It is best to know more about the partybefore we start giving proposals. After all, these proposals are free of charge are always considered tentative until a downpayment is received :o) CAN YOU GIVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT MAKES UP A COMPLETE PARTY? Only you, the Client, can decide this. Your budget, venue size, theme, parents-in-law, prejudices, etc. will dictate the contents of your party package. To give you an idea of what you should plan for, see the brief outline below: 1. PRE PARTY - Management fees, Venue, Decoration/Balloons, Tables & Chairs, Invitations 2. PARTY PROPER - Entertainers, Novelties, Food/Catering, Carts, Cake, Photo/Video 3. POST PARTY - Lootbags, Thank you notes WHAT IF I WANT TO GET JUST A FEW ITEMS OR SERVICES FROM YOU AND THE REST WILL COME FROM ME? We have no problem with that since the Service Agreement we will sign will detail our areas of responsibilities. WHAT IF I ONLY WANT JUST ONE ITEM OR SERVICE? This is fine by us. However, in some cases, we do require a minimum amount. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT SCHEMES? We always ask for: 1. 50% cash down payment to start with any party preparations. 2. Signed service agreement 3. Map to venue from EDSA 4. 50% cash balance after the party. HOW CAN I PAY YOU? There are two ways to remit your payment: 1. You can deposit your payment via Bank of the Philippine Islands. The deposit slip bearing the transaction should be faxed back to us, along with your signed copy of the service agreement and the map to the venue. 2. You may personally hand it over during one of our meetings or planning sessions. IS THERE A TIME TABLE OR DEADLINE THAT I MUST FOLLOW? These are gray areas for us. It really depends on what you are getting. Some items have a production time of 2 weeks, while others have it at just 4 days. Some entertainers are booked a month before and some are still available on the day itself.... Please call us at the earliest possible moment so that we all can avoid the tension that comes with procrastination and deadlines. WHEN "SHOPPING" FOR THE BEST BARGAINS.... We have experienced bargain-hunting parents who ask for proposals and party plans from us, then turn around to either execute the party on their own or with a "cheaper" party shop. While we find that we cannot legally run after all these unethical parents, we do at least demand the courtesy of the credit for our carefully researched ideas.
