This emphasizes respect for others. Any person involved in wrestling can expect to develop increased self-confidence and appreciation of their self-worth, as well as analytical and adaptive skills. What is more, wrestling is fun and everyone can participate: Women and men, seniors and the very young, inexperienced or seasoned and everything in-between. |
