Few sports require total use of the body; wrestling is one of them. Wrestling�s benefits include

Club wrestling is a sport where an individual wrestles solo, but is also part of a of a team. This emphasizes respect for others. Any person involved in wrestling can expect to develop increased self-confidence and appreciation of their self-worth, as well as analytical and adaptive skills. What is more, wrestling is fun and everyone can participate: Women and men, seniors and the very young, inexperienced or seasoned and everything in-between.
