                             Eligibility for Contest

To be eligible for contest the club must –

1.       Follow International Emblem Policy.

2.       Club Registration / Renewal under W.B. Societies Act.

3.       MMR in the time to International & MMR, DR, A/Cs to DG, VDG, RC & ZC.

4.       Pay International, Multiple & Dist. Dues in time.

5.       Arrange nomination and election meeting in time & send PU-101 form within 1/5/2009 to DG/DG (Elect) & International.

6.       Attend PST schooling at district level.

7.       Attend at least 2 (two) ZAC Meeting.

AND

          Any 5 (Five) of the following :

1.       At least one fund raising project.

2.       At least one eye related project.

3.       At least one blood related project.

4.       At least one Lions Quest Programme.

5.       At least one Peace Poster Contest.

6.       At least one Diabetic related programme.

7.       At least one youth programme.

8.       At least one women’s programme in club level.

9.       At least one children’s programme in club level.

10.     At least one environmental project.
