The Masonic Task Force provides services to the community after times of emergency and community crisis. The Task Force moves in -- after the emergency services have completed their tasks -- to assist the community re-establish. Recent contributions have included: Search of a rubbish tip for a missing child's body Clean up after fires and floods Only Freemasons may be members of the Task Force, but non-Freemasons are welcome to contribute their support. Each Lodge in the United Grand Lodge of Victoria, has a Task Force representative who liaises between the Task Force Director and his Lodge.
