I am a member of the Shediac Lions Club. I am the webmaster of the site, as well as the following sites: Simonds Lions Club, Barkers Point Lions Club, District 41-O, Multiple District 41, and the New Brunswick node of LionNet International.

Lions are a great group to be involved with. Our focus is on helping the blind and visually impaired.  This focus began when Helen Keller challenged the Lions in her speech to the 1925 international convention.  Check out the Lions Foundation of Canada to see information on Dog Guides in Canada.

I was 'Baby Lion' from my induction in January 1999 until February 2000 with the Simonds Lions Club in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. One of the privileges of the newest club member is to 'feed' off the club's King Lion (or President). As can be seen here, I was at a District Cabinet Meeting and was 'caught' trying to do the same to our District Governor.
