"Life" Is it passing you by? There are people in this world that have lots of money, But, always come home to an empty house and no one to call honey, If you feel that this is the life for you, Then work extra hard to accomplish what you want to, People spend their whole lives waking up early, Working all the time and are in such a hurry, To make themselves better by the day, Hoping that riches and wealth will come their way, I have all the riches in this world that any one person can own, Like friends, family, love, and a place to call home, Many spend their whole lives doing everything by the book, I spend my days with my heart full and my eyes wide open to look, At all the splendid beauty that surrounds me, Do you have a plan for the next ten years well, I'm right where I want to be, Spending each day as if it where my last, Living for the future that's reflected by my past, For with no past there is no future for me and you, Do you want to live life fully or take the path of loneliness is that what you want to do, You can have all the money in this world and not be satisfied, Living for other people doesn't work for me, believe me I tried, I will always take life for the lesson it is to be, And never get caught up in the "you" but, always doing it for "me", People say that it is a time in my life to make a change, I tell them it is perfect there is nothing I need to rearrange, So if my little bit of advice is not fit for you, Then pass it by and never think about what you could do, I have my little perfect, unforgettable life, It's to be someone's sister, someone's mother, someone's friend, and maybe even someone's wife!!!
