What's Here?
I work on projects as time permits. Sometimes scripting,
sometimes HTML, sometimes artwork, other times whatever. This
collection of pages is for me to make available I'm working
on that I feel may be useful to others.
All content on this page is copylefted unless specified
otherwise. All other rights reserved.
Currently, I'm on a binge making card games, but there's
really no telling when the next obsession strikes.
LinuxNewbie?
I chose "linuxnewbie" for an OpenDiary user name after
many attempts at picking one that satisfied their anonymity
requirement yet was one I was comfortable using. At the
time, I was working on a linux project.
I chose "linuxnewbieatopendiary" for a GeoCities user
name after finding out too late that "linuxnewbie" was
already taken. Apologies for the long url. I'm thinking
of making a link from dhs.org to this page to make it
easier to remember and shorter to type.
OpenDairy?
OpenDiary is one of those "why didn't someone think of
it before" applications - it allows people to write a diary
on the web. Mine is mostly about whatever personal project
that currently serves as the focus of my attention. You
won't find (many) self-pitying entries about love or
angst.

Projects
Business Card Games
Print it yourself games in PDF files, formatted for
sheets of laser printer- or inkjet-ready business cards.
Print 'em, punch 'em, play 'em!
Links
StarOffice 5.2
Sun's open source Office Suite.
GSview
open source Postscript viewer and PDF writer.
Adobe Acrobat Reader
PDF reader for Windows, Mac and Unix platform. Most
formatted documnts (games, diagrams, et. al.) are in PDF
format because image formats (.png and .jpg) are too low
res or too bulky.
OpenDiary
My diary, the reason I started this collection of pages.
linuxnewbie @opendiary.com
My email address. I check it at least weekly.
