| Herb and Potato Soup 1 large or 2 medium potatoes - peeled and sliced 1 onion - peeled and sliced 1 tablespoons of dried mixed herbs 60 grams butter 3 cups of water 3 chicken stock cubes Method: Melt butter in large pan. Add potatoes, onions and herbs and sautee lightly. Add water and stock cubes bring to boil and simmer until tender. Cool, then processor until smooth in a blender of food processor. Serve with warm, freshly baked bread. |
