| The weekend flew by and Monday came to quickly for me. I sit down next to Liz at the lunch table. "Hey Maria how is it going?" Liz asks "You know its going" I smile looking up "So how was your date with Kyle?" Liz asks and I hear Michael make a kind of growling sound but then again it could have been my imagination. "Liz I really would rather not talk about it" I tell her as nicely as possible "Oh come Maria share. Max said you kissed him," Liz says and again I hear Michael growl "Are you okay Michael?" Liz asks looking at him with concern "Yeah fine why wouldn't I be?" Michael asks gritting his teeth together. I quickly look at him before turning my glance to the table. Before Liz can answer Michael, Kyle walks over "Hey Maria" Kyle greets me "Hi Kyle" I smile at him warmly "Can I talk to you?" he asks I nod and grab my things "What do you want Kyle?" I ask "I thought I save you. You didn't look like you have too much fun" he says leading my towards the table where he usually sits "Thanks" I says sitting down beside Kyle and smiling at some of the other people at the table "So Michael still not biting?" Kyle asks "Excuse me?" "He has asked you out?" Kyle asks "No and I don't think he will" I tell him "Oh please of course he will after what he said to me after the date" Kyle says "What?" I ask confused "He told me that I was to leave you alone because you were his!" Kyle states with a grin "Your joking right?" I ask trying not to get my hopes up "Nope. According to Guerin you are marked as his!" Kyle tells me and I resist kissing him. Michael wants me. TBC |
