| She never thought after what felt like a lifetime of regret that she would change.......... She never thought she'd have kids, and move to the big city with barely no money........ But most of all, she never thought she could change someone's life in such a way, such a way that they fell in love.......She never thought she would fall in love........... "I never asked you to stay!!", Micahel said loudly. "I never said I wanted to stay!!", Liz yelled back. "Then why are you still here?", Michael asked. "Cause I can't leave you.......I....", Liz paused. "What? You can't what?", Michael asked curiously. "Nothing....I'm going, Mike, I...I can't stay here anymore", Liz said, turning to leave. Michael grabbed her arm. "Liz?", Michael asked, needing to know what she meant. She turned slowly, a tear falling. "I love you..........but I have to leave............I love you", Liz whispered, and then she was gone. ********* He always thought he would be on top of the world, that nothing would could take him from his place. Until she came along............ "What a vision", Michael whispered into her ear. Liz turned. "Excuse me?", Liz asked. "I compliment you.........you're dress is quite ravishing", Michael said as he stood next to her. "I stole it", Liz blurted out. "Michael Parker", Michael introduced himself, taking her hand and lightly kissing it. "Charmed, I'm sure", Liz said, rolling her eyes. She then walked off, without even a goodbye. He always thought he was in control of his life......he never expected to love someone.....and to be loved in return. They never expected each other......but who does expect true love? TBC |
