Off-season Rates:
(November 1st- March 31st. Excluding the weeks of Christmas and Thanksgiving.)
- One couple, weekday $40.00 per night
- Weekend rate of $45.00 per night per couple.
- Second couple half price
In-season Rates:
(Beginning April 1st-October 31st, and including the Holidays of Christmas & Thanksgiving.)
- One couple, weekday $80.00 per night
- One couple, weekend $100.00 per night
- Second Couple for either accommodation half price
Weddings, Parties, ect.
Wedding packages start at $400 for the wedding and two days two nights lodging. For parties, and reunions, etc., the basic charge is $140 for an event. There are additional charges for cleanups and special arrangements, depending upon the request.
Sleeping accommodations are for six, but arrangements for more can be made.
A $250.00 minimum security deposit is required at the time of check in, and is returned within 30 days of check-out.
We accept cash, cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks are accepted at the discretion on the owners. The balance of the charges are due at the time of check-in. State and local taxes (10% total) are due on all charges.
