Many years ago now, a group of friends and classmates
decided to try something ... different. Email and the Internet
were still relatively new. It seemed a great way to share
thoughts and feelings. The end product was a group known as
Writers' Very Limited. A rag-tag group with no focus nor
direction except to just write. No talent, no contract, and
very little time. Not bad for a group of non-creative writing
majors.
A compilation of various works that were produced between 1994
and 1996. Works range from simple four-line poems to a short
story. Smell the roses and enjoy the violets.
All Charlie wanted to do was visit his grandfather in Oshawa.
After a train trip, a few wacky friends, and 13 authors later,
Charlie got into more than he bargained for. Read along this
chain story that takes us from Vancouver through the Canadian
Rockies to Calgary and hopes to somehow get to see Grandpa
in Oshawa.
