This story takes place when the Ganondorf we all know and hate was born, and the coming of the new Nabooru.

"The new Ganondorf and the new Nabooru will be born in one day," said Nabooru, sad.
"You know you're supposed to die as soon as the baby is born naturally, or we decapitate you in front of the newborns," said 1057. "Why must I die?" "Well, it's the way of the Gerudo. It's in our blood. Every 100 years, or, a century, a new Ganondorf and new Nabooru." "I hope he's as nice as our present Ganondorf." "I hope so."
Nabooru and Ganondorf gave birth to their new kids. They did not die, either. "Come to the decapitating tower," and with that they did. Ganondorf was first. They put his head on a U-shaped thingie. A blade up high. "Release the force," and with that the blade dropped and cut of his head. The kids started crying, but they knew this was to be done. 1057 said, "I sense the old Ganondorf will evolve into a "Link" soon enough." Nabooru was next. They did the same process.

Summary to Ganon's end???:
Ganondorf studied the Book of Mudora, and learned about the Triforce. He used a princess Zelda and Link to get this Triforce. Link defeated Ganondorf after the Imprisoning War, then, he turned into the creature we all know as Ganon. Link defeated him. Over the centuries, since he was a pig-like creature, he could not be killed. He didn't even mate with second-in-command Nabooru.

To be continued...

Part 2
So, over the years, the "Link" (He is a link, so therfore, we call him Link. No! He's not a link to www.link.com! He's a link of incarnations, so is Zelda.) has defeated Ganon(dorf) but Ganon(dorf) refused to change back. He was almighty powerful now, and turning back could make the Gerudo's life on the balance.
67254 said, "Oh my god! This is the legend? We are now hidden in the fine city of Catalina, and that pig Ganon has been killing us? Come on, we need to defeat him!" So they climbed into Hyrule.
1050, very old, said, "Hyrule has changed. Alot. Very alot. The Lost Woods and Kokiri Forest used to be where Lake Hylia is. Lake Hylia was were the Desert of Mystery is now. The Lost Woods, used to be our domain..."
1051 said, "And in the middle, it used to be Hyrule Field, and in the middle of that, Lon Lon Ranch. Hyrule Castle was up more, and Death Mountain was thinner, with less caves."

That was the time of A Link to the Past. They tried to defeat Ganon, or kill him, but they failed dishonorably. Nabooru was the only one left of this immortal group. Or was it really mortal in some cases? Also, the children were the only one left. Nabooru had to raise them by herself.
        "GANONDORF!!!!"

Time passed on, Hyrule changed again, and then once more. "Cities, valleys, mountains, hills. Our past was futile. 1519 our species was born, and now it is 2100. Shigeru better pay me for this gig. MIYAMOTO!" 1050 reigned. Did I forget to tell you? 1050 didn't fight because she was too old. The only way the Gerudo shall be killed is to have their blood flow out, decapitation, or their master finishing them off. Otherwise, they age forever. No sickness can harm them.

In 3030, most of Hyrule was gone. Ganon was in control, and the population scattered. All the remaining Gerudo gained strength. They went to the ruined Temple of Time and prayed.
"Rauru, Sahasrahla, Saria, Zelda, any of the sages or decendants. We pray upon your courage, power, and wisdom to help us. Many centries ago we stopped thieving, and we'd like to have Hyrule live."
        "Please help us, sages. Please...help...us..."

        The sage spirits did something.

They went back in time, to where Ganondorf, or Link, was to be decapitated. The sages, or wise man (They're not even really all men anyway.) told them to not do this. "We come from 3030, and Hyrule was destroyed. You must not decapitate him, or evil will concoct. Don't decapiate the Nabooru of this time either. We shall give farewells. Bye!"

Then, time made a flash before the Gerudo's eyes. Hyrule was the way it was again, before the Imprisoning War. Before any enemies concocted.

(Last page of the Book of Mudora.)
And that's how Hyrule, the ancient land, was saved, and still in tip-top condition today, with modern technoligies.
        THE END
