CCFH's Thoughts

The best part of video games are the glitches. "Fixed" versions of games are always worse than the original. This is highly visible in the Zelda series. Zelda 64's fixed version doesn't let you do the swordless Link trick and Link's Awakening DX doesn't let you do the select screen skip glitch that you can do on the original version. In my opinion even though DX added a lot of stuff taking that glitch off the game makes it less fun than the original. I think that if a glitch can't be fixed in time for the first release then it shouldn't be fixed in later versions and marketed as being the same game. Doing so is not only misleading to consumers but is also bad for the video game industry. 1
