OFFER:- We have regular flow of
vacancies for various posts, from good companies, wherein we have to search
and send suitable candidates to these companies for interviews. And if these
companies select our candidates, than they pay us a commission, which is
generally equivalent to 15 days salary of the candidates. This commission
is paid by the companies,.
We have a very good data bank of candidates, wherein we do the search for
the suitable candidates, using a very sophisticated software, which filter and
show matching bio-datas only. We contact these candidates and send them
for interviews to the companies. After the selection of the candidates we take
our commission from the companies, which is equivalent to the on month
salary of the selected candidates. We need you to do this co
ordination between the candidates and companies, and you can do this work from
your home only, and we pay you 10% of the one month's salary, that we
receive as commission, from the companies. You can do this work Part-Time or
Full-Time, and you can do this work, from anywhere in India. You do not
need a computer at home, just a visit, for 20 minutes to the nearby
cyber cafe will be enough.
We are generating vacancies from all
over India. We have access to the databases, wherein, we can generate the
candidates from the same cities. where the vacancies exist. And companies also
prefer, the local candidates.
The work profile is simple and
transparent.
1) We will send you an assignment by e-
mail. This e- mail will have details of the vacancy, like the name ,
address and phone number of the company and details of the post vacant in that
company. We use a very sophisticated software to filter the right candidates
from our large database, and send you at least 20 matching bio datas of the
candidates.
2) So you do not have to worry about the
suitability of these candidates and you do not have to conduct the telephonic
interviews. You just contact these candidates by e mail, and find out , who are
interested to appear for an interview in that particular company. Than you
will have to call the company and fix up the interview date and time, and send
the interested candidates, for interview, directly to the company. After the
interview you again call the company to find out the name of the selected
candidate and the salary at which the candidate is going to join.
3) We collect the commission from the
company, which is generally equivalent to one month salary of the
selected candidates. According to the written agreement with the companies, we
collect our commission, after one week of the joining of the candidates. Your
share, which is 25%, will be immediately sent to you, by a bank draft. The
communication expenses, which you will have incurred, in handling that
particular vacancy will also be send along.
You can easily fill up vacancies
worth Rs.50,000/- every month, and your commission calculated at 10%,
will be Rs. 5000/-. If you handle more vacancies, than your
commission will also be more.
The vacancies, which will be given to you,
will not be given to anybody else. So that, when you start working on
them, you know, that your hard work is going to be fruitful.
To start this business, there will be a
contract between us. Please find enclosed a contract form ( as
attachment). There is a refundable contract fee of Rs. 1250/- payable to us, which
will be refunded back to you, after two successful assignments.
