Meteora

released 2003

Meteora was Linkin Park's fourth album. It gave lp fans a new sound, and extended their fan base once more! Thirteen songs, five videos, and a lot of touring made this album great.

The first video Somewhere I Belong was amazing! It was set in different rooms, one room had a bed and a dresser with Gundam Wing toys on it. Chester floated in the air in this room Another room had Mike at the end with fire behind him and extras sitting up on the sides of the hallway. The last room had all the band members performing with a big space ship (or something like that).

The second video was Faint (my personal favorite) it was made somewhere in Holly Wood. It was a concert video with tons of members of the LPU as extras. It was filmed from behind the band so that you can see the crowd with a behind view of the band members silouttes (this view goes on for about three quarters of the song until you can see a front view of the band playing.

The third video was Numb. It had a girl who was really good at art but had a family that fought a lot, it also showed her at school being ignored as the world seemed to just pass her by. From time to time you saw the band playing in a church by themselves, and at the end of the video the girl runs into the church to see all the bands insturments on the ground and nobody playing them.

The fourth Video was Breaking The Habit. It was an animated video (japanese animation, or manga to be exact). Each band member was drawn and performing on the video. The band played at the top of an apartment biulding while inside the apartment biulding people were going through thier own problems as Chesters spirit flowed through the biulding.

The last video from Meteora was From The Inside. I don't know much about this video but it was placed in some streets that are filled with people. In the video you see a boy in the crowd who later screams really loud and pushes the crowd away from him with his voice.
