May 9, 2003: What the hell is this? Why the hell am I typing to nobody at 10:52 in the morning? I have better things to do right? Wrong. Canucks. Oh my. I couldn't breathe when Wilds scored their second goal to tie the Nucks. And then I left after they scored their third. My oh my what am i gonna make of this summer? Jobs? Possibly, IF I GET HIRED that is. Me thinks me gonna put a new background up. Cuz this one's been up for......3 years? Whatever. If I can only tell you about one good movie to watch, it'd be Spirited Away. Won't believe it till you see it. SO FRUGGIN AMAZING. I'm supposed to go meet up with an elementary school friend of mine today. I guess i should go call her. Yup thats what i'll do.
September 21, 2002: Ya hey.....SURPRISE. I guess this site's still alive...sorta. All I got to say is SCHOOL REALLY SUCKS. I can't find myself enjoying post secondary education. Maybe I'm still getting used to life up at SFU but hellllllllllllllllll, high school was so much more relaxing even though you had less freedom! In university if you don't go and find out what you gotta do for homework, they ain't gonna tell you. And they ain't gonna care if you didn't know you had to do something. FUCK and you have to be so ridiculously independent up there! You ain't gonna be surrounded by friends every flippin second. AND OH! In high school I always complained how we have a 3 chapter test at the end of the month and we have to read THREE chapters, but NOW, I go home and for EVERYONE of my 4 classes I have to read about 3 chapters EACH TIME I HAVE CLASS! LIKE WHAT THE HELL IS THAT????? AND THERE ARE PAPERS AND PROJECTS TOO! DAMMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I don't become a dropout....
JUNE FRIGGIN 17th!!! Well, celebrating the end of 13 years of public education (or 15 if ur from HK like I), here is an update! This one ,again, is for U air! Can't believe it's finally here! Everyone says that but you know what? It's true cuz after so many years of waiting, one would only stop believing that it would actually come. It's wierd cuz I'm not even upset or anything. I know I won't have to miss anyone cuz ppl I care about will be bombarded with my calls, and people I don't care about I say have a nice life, I never wanna see you again! On another note, Ms. Leung played us a funny song today! Something bout a mountie, and ppl shouting at the mountie. WHY DON'T YOU RIDE A COW!!!!! OH man. Grad breakfast tommorrow. Better be good. March 31, 2002: Weeeeee it's EASTER!!! The day He came back and proved all those suckers wrong! Heheheh...Anyhoo Penelope speaking here and I am utterly BORED out of my friggin mind! Went to church this morning, and for those who'd tried to phone me on weekends would very well know, I usually STAY out after church. Never home on weekends. I hate being home and I hate being bored and here i am suffering from both being home and bored. The only reason I'm home is cuz there's nowhere to go! My family usually goes hang around in a mall or sumthin, but because it's Easter all the malls are closed. MAN! Speaking of Easter, did ppl get lots of chocolate? Cuz i didn't! I think people think i'm getting too old for chocolate bunnies or kinders, but i'm not! I LOVE CHOCOLATE! I only got one box of chocolate and it was from my godparents. Russell Stover chocolate. They're too sweet! Right now I'm having a piece of chocolate butter cream and all it tastes like is sugar. SPEAKING of sugar one of my goals in life is to own a cotton candy machine! REALLY! I've always loved cotton canday and i've always wanted to try making cotton candy! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Wow i just realized there's TWO months before grad! Two months and a bit before all the provincials! I'm gonna be sooooooo stressed! SFU apparently gets 5 months of summer holiday! DAMN i wish i was in SFU RIGHT NOW. Mar 22, 2002: Update update update, this is an update. Spring break is comin to an end eh? That sucks some major stuff cuz its been pretty damn relaxing. Anyhoo just 2 months and a bit y'all! And it's gonna be OVER! I can't waitttttttttt! I need a job though, nothing to do with the food industry, too much dirty work involved-- washing dishes, cleaning toilets etc. And hell to summer camps. Last summer was scary, with Kidzart and the retarded kids and all. Maybe I'll work in Walmart. Read this article and it actually said Walmart is one of the top 20 places to work in Canada or sumthin. Jan 23, 2002: Wow so it finally snowed. Been waiting for that. But then it rains after and all the snow melts and turns into slush :( Whatever. Wow just as I thought school work was settling down and began to relax, teachers pile it all up again. I mean WHAT THE HECK! A civ project AND a geo project AND a geo test???!! AHHHH!!! NUTS MAHN! Today was a fun day...well the last half of it at least! During lunch we went up to capitol hill and it was funny cuz the hail was comin down so hard it HURT! And then we decided it was too cold and we headed back. Then we decided to do some protesting after, but the tent they built was taken down, and it was freeze ur ass cold, so we went to class. No one was there so Ms.Lin let us do whatever. She made everyone Chai tea. Says its Persian tea. Tastes like cinnamin tea to me! Anyhoo enough babbling. Who actually reads this stuff besides air??! Jan 16, 2002: Yo y'all. Ya know what? Life is gettin real dull for me (Penolo). Nothing i'm lookin forward to. Beginning of the year i was looking forward to having a kick ass year and of course, the big grad. But ya kno what? School is really sucking ass right now, with the loads of work and the strike and all. I mean i know it's grade 12 and we're SUPPOSED to be working a lot, but i feel all this work is pointless and it ain't getting me anywhere in life. What i learn in school does not interest me in the slightest way. I hate school, I don't wanna go to university, but this screwed up world out there expects lots outta us these days, and it's mighty hard to make a decent living without a good educational background and some good training. Prom i heard is NOT gonna be cancelled, but i highly doubt i wanna go. Lotsa problems that i don't wanna deal with cuz it ain't gonna work. Oh and about this strike thing: it is SO ridiculous! Not affecting students MY ASS! Ooh and about the walk out thing, it's apparently in support of teachers so i ain't walkin out. Heard one's being orgainzed in suport of STUDENTS, and outside of school time, which is good cuz it won't make the students look stupid tryin to skip class and all. Anyhoo das all for now. Jan 9, 2002: WHAT A RETARDED STRIKE! Now we aint gettin official marks and we can't apply to U and we're screwed! And this strike wasn't sposed to affect students? Um... Anyhoo did you guys hear bout the walk out thing on 23rd? Well I heard on the news that schools across BC are telling students to walk out of school on the 23rd to make it like a big provincial thing. And then ppl would have a protest outside the school. I'm so gonna do it. This is gonna be interesting. The more ppl who participate in this the bigger pressure it'll give the teachers! Suport this 23rd walk out! Pass it on!

October 15, 2001: Heys I put up this really cool passage in the Scripture section and it sorta answers the question that I'm sure a lot of ya have been askin bout God: If God is so good and pure then why does he leave evil in this world? The passage is the parable of the weeds that Jesus tells and its really symbolic, like the weeds is the world's evil and wheat is the "good" people and people who believes in God, and at the end when Jesus talks about his "barn" its like symbolizing heaven! Anyhoo hope ya enjoy and you should pass on the message!

September 6, 2001: A big shout out to y'all! Hope school's been cool for everyone...so far! Well it turns out we got Lintott for both com civ and geo! And he's like a friggin wind up toy that talks and never shuts up I swear! AHHHH!!! But the rest is pretty good, laid back and relaxing, maybe except math but Figursky is fine. OMG Leung said the FUNNIEST thing in class today! She was saying how its amazing her kids can manage to fingure out how to get a cookie from the very top shelf where they're put in the back but they can't figure out how to tie their shoe laces. So one day her son's like mommy i can't tie my shoes and she's like well i guess you can't come with us! And the kid's like that's not fair! And Leung's like well who said life was fair! I never had it fair and if life was fair I HAVE A FEW BITCHES I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF! Ohhhhh I swear the whole class cracked up that was so hilarious the way she said it too! Man she's awesome! August 29, 2001: Hey ppl! It's Marco's birthday today! HAPPPY BIRTHDAY! Well today I went over to bring him this birthday Clefairy (for those of you who don't know, Clefairy is a Pokemon, and yes I know what you guys are thinking but yes we are still obsessed with animation and cartoons!) and it has this birthday hat on! I was gonna carry him but then i had to take the bus and i didn't exactly want like stares so i had to like bring a backpack. Oh ya it was made from paper mache so its round and big. Hmmmmm....oh ya then Kristina and Rachel showed up to bring over brownies and they were yummilicious. Then Marco's mom brought out like half a bottle of pringless and Kristina apparently are in love with pringles so she ate them like 3 at a time OH MAHN funniness. Guess what ppl, my latest game addiction in Sim Theme Park its so fun!!! Oh and i went to take this gender test thing and this gay test and i turned out to be a guy and i'm 30% gay LOL! August 22, 2001: Hellllllllloo. Ya so today we went back to Kidzart Camp to get our volunteer logs that took forever to make signed. What a stupid woman the coordinator said she would write a letter, sign it then mail it to us but when we got there today she asked us if she wanted her to write us anything--um, ya the LETTER stupid! Well anyways we got our thing signed and we were outta there. Oh ya before that I got freaked for some reason and I didn't want to see the instructors so me and Marco hid till everyone was back in their classrooms. We hid in a corner then walked all over the place to find sumwhere to hide then we decided to take an elevator trip and it was funny cuz the elevator was really close to where everyone was and we needed the door to shut like real fast but it didn't and Ahhhh! And then we thought we would take it to the basement to hide but then I saw one of the instructors drive into the parking lot there and we were like oh shit and we took it to the top floor but then we remembered there was a class there and the instructor was coming up so then we took it back to the middle floor and RIGHT when we walked out the coordinator was there MAHN! It was funny though and that was our adventure for the day. Oh and one last thing if you ever take the 144 metro bus and this gray bearded guy is driving you should bitch at him cuz he's SUCH an ass.

August 19, 2001: Greetings y'all! Guess WHAT! There's only 2 weeks of summer left then we're back to school! And it's our LAST year! I don't know if i should feel happy that I get to get outta Alpha or sad that it's the end of our so called pampered school life if you know what I mean. Anyhoo, Friday me and Marco's supposed to go back to where we had work experience cuz this retard there said she would give us a log book with our hours on it but either she was too lazy to do it or she forgot, so we made our own and we're bringing it back Firday to get it signed. Hear this: WE'RE DONE OUR 100 HOURS!!!!!!! Dat sound soooooo sweet! Have a good last 2 weeks!!!
August 16, 2001: Wow 2 updates in a row! Gotta be impressive. Well it's only 9:54am so nothing much has happened yet cuz well, just got up. Think I might be going bowling today. Hope Marco is enjoying his relaxing days cuz he says he doesn't want to come out after work experience ended till like 2 weeks later. Gonna go update the rest of the site. August 15, 2001: Yup dudes and dudettes, this is an update. "FINALLY!" says Erin loudly. Well so this is what has been up. We had work experience and that lasts till 4pm. We walk for an hour and 10 or so to get home so by that time its like 5:10pm. We relax, eat, shower and do stuff we have to do and by then we are so dead we fall right to bed so sorry for the dustiness of this site but now you know why. Wow summer is almost GONE! Next year we get to take over the school mwahahahahahaha! Well I'm gonna try to get other sections of this site updated now so toodles!
July 24, 2001: Wow this site is getting real dusty with the lack of updates eh? Well me and Marco started work experience yesterday and ahhhhhh! I personally think its pretty hellish, especially when we have to walk from our houses to deer lake and back everyday for 2 weeks! And plus some of the kids are soooo hard to handle! In both the morning and afternoon class we have a kid with autism in there , and we're suppose to be their buddies! And we ain't that good with kids so its kinda hard when they tell us we have to sit with one and talk to them and be a buddy! OH MAHN. Anyhoo we lookin forward to this Sat cuz its the fireworks YAY!
