just had a really big lunch. need to drink green tea (fat dissolving agent) and undo top button. is that unprofessional? is okay, no one can see when i'm sitting at desk.
yay i'm going to see david sedaris today. he will read excerpts from his new book. emi said there might be a signing afterwards but i didn't know and didn't bring a book with me. well, i'd have to buy one anyway because someone has borrowed my copy of Naked and failed to return it. if this person is you, please give it back.
laa-di-da. am going to leave early today, right at 5:30. probably have to tell my boss. why should i have to *explain* anything though? i'm *supposed* to get off at 5pm.
ugh, big zit on my face. wonder if david sedaris will still want to be my friend.

david sedaris was so cute! and his new stories are pretty funny. he didn't really have a lisp though and that, i must say, was rather disappointing.
i work too much. and it makes me so tired. tired like an investment banker. "please raise my salary to two hundred thousand dollars a year. thank you and best regards."
i'll be in vegas this weekend. i kind of don't like how it's called "sin city". it makes me feel a little uncomfortable.

vegas was fun. i won forty bucks and squandered it on buffet at the paris. it was ninety degrees there so we layed out and swam. it was a nice little weekend break. where to next?

to everyone who came out last night, thanks! you guys made it a very special and happy time. except at the end after all those drinks. olivia can down eight drinks and still have a good time. i too can have eight drinks but then i can't walk. super thanks jennis, jen, and emi for taking good care of me. i only had a very mild hangover in the morning.
