This one was originally my favorite until I started in on it and it turned out a little more plain than I thought. I originally envisioned something like a long-lost temple sort of feel. Like that The Outpost was a physical structure built by some unknown, vanished race that was quasi-mystic: the background for almost any storyline, and an excuse to stretch some of my new image-editing muscles. However, if that's the case I think I pulled something. *winces*

This one gives a feel of scribbled-down ideas. Sort of a vaguely unfinished feel to it, but it clearly says, "We're alive, we're progressing!" I imagine it projects an air of being used, roughed up by people in discussion or the hasty scrawl of ideas, but still closely loved and the holder of important stories...who knows what will happen when you open The Outpost's notebook?

And the last one so far is a rather fancy-ish bit of parchment. A finished air to it: "This is the copy that goes to the Royal Library Archives!" sort of idea. Seems more polished than the legal paper theme.
