An IBM Thinkpad 600E An IBM PC110 A Dauphin DTR-1 and DTR-2
An IBM Thinkpad 660E
is my primary computer. I have the base model as shown, with the following enhancements:
1) Upgraded the memory to the recommended maximum of 288MB. I found the best price on Pricewatch . Then I purchased from Coast Memory. I had a great experience, but YMMV.2) Replaced the CD with a DVD drive. Although not required for the 600E, I purchased the Margi DVD-to-Go from Ebay. I paid around $80 and have been pleased with the performance as well as the additional connector options.
3) Replaced the original 6.4GB Hard drive with an IBM Travelstar DJSA-220000 20GB drive that was also purchased via a search on Pricewatch.

I have also purchased the following peripherals for my 600E:
1) The Thinkpad Select-a-Dock III with the Select-a-Base 600.2) I bought the darned Thinkpad PC Card Enabler with Advanced Etherjet, and then found out that it required a Select-a-Base 600 to function. If you have an extra one that you would like to sell, contact me.

I am a Thinkpad fan. The two models that I am currently looking at are the X20 and the new Transnote.
As I said, I am an IBM Thinkpad fan and one of my toys is and IBM PC110

I actually have two. One is completely disassembled and the other has been upgraded to 20MB and has also had the 40Mhz overclock hack performed. This is a great little device. It is a shame that IBM USA will not provide support. I also have the Canon CE300 digital camera that was made for the PC110. I am currently trying out the drivers for the Canon Powershot 30T to see if I can get the CE300 to work under Windows 95/98. UPDATE: This test was a failure. Maybe some driver guru can hack the drivers and make them work, but I tried all languages and versions that I could get my hands on and none of them worked.

The other toys I want to tell you about are my Dauphin DTR-1
and Dauphin DTR-2.
What about being an IBM fan? Well, these were manufactured by IBM. Check out my links page to find more information.
My newest toy is a Xircom Rex 6000
This is a nifty little PalmOS based device that fits neatly in your pocket. I have the model with the USB cradle. I got mine for $69 from eBay. I also saw them for $95 on Shopper.
