�14/11/02� The draw for the Semi Final of the CIS League Cup was made this afternoon. Linfield have been given a tough game away to Omagh Town in what is assumed to be just a single match and not a two-legged affair, which has been the occurance in previous semi-finals of this cup. Why the game is being played at Omagh and not that of a neutral venue appears to be rather uncharacteristic. The other semi final see's Ballymena United travelling to The Oval to play Glentoran.

This shall effect all clubs in the league as the punishment handed out to our bitter rivals was that they lose ALL 12 points they have achieved thus far in the Premiership AND all points they have achieved in the Greater Belfast region of the CIS League Cup too. All this along with a massive �7,000 ban and possible UEFA sanctions to follow.
