| Who? The Scavenger Hunt is open for members of the Beyond The Pale blood pledge. |
| Where? Team Leaders present themselves to Princess Cloelia in Giran, Jan 25th at 11.45pm. (the other members of the team don't have to be there) Teams of which the Team Leader fails to present him/herself to Princess Cloelia by 12am will be disqualified. The Scavenger Hunt will take place all over Aden, in the Kingdom of Ken Rauhel. |
| What? The Scavenger Hunt will be a team contest. Teams will consist of 3 or 4 people. The objective will be to collect as many items of the Scavenger List as possible - as a team. |
| How? Those interested in participating need to join up with other pledge members to form a team. A team should have 3 or 4 team members. Once you have put together a team, appoint a Team Leader. The Team Leader needs to send a game letter to Cloelia, including the name of the team, and the names of the team members. This letter needs to reach Princess Cloelia no later than 11.30pm EST, Friday Jan. 25th. The Team Leader will also be the one responsible for all communication with the Princess during the event: he/she will need to be present for the start of the Scavenger Hunt (Friday night), and needs to turn in all the items at the end of the Scavenger Hunt (Sunday Night). Take this into account when appointing your Team Leader. |
