| Feb. 2, 2002: It's time for another event!! The Scavenger Hunt was a great success, so we came up with something else... something different :) It starts Wednesday night, and it's called Say Cheese!! Check it out and join in! |
| Feb. 7, 2002: A little quick update: Say Cheese event will be postponed to give new members a chance to make a team and participate. Event starts: Friday midnight Event ends: Tuesday midnight Submit teams before Friday, noon! |
| Feb. 9, 2002: The Say Cheese event has started. Check out our slightly simplistic, yet highly functional Cheese List if you haven't done so. A few things to keep in mind: email address changed: email your screenshots to [email protected]. Please try to keep screenshots below 200 kb (but rather decrease the quality instead of the image size, to keep things readable). Also, send your screenshots gradually instead of all at once at the end... this will avoid stuffed inboxes and complicated score counts :) If you have access to web hosting, posting the screenshots to a website and emailing us the link works as well. Werewolf/Lyca pack Just to clarify this: for the screenshot to be valid, there has to be a pack of 1 Lycanthrope and 3 werewolves in the screen, all alive. Same goes for the BK pack: we want 4 LIVING Black Knights in the screen. Any doubts, questions, or remarks? Check with Cloelia or Flu in game. Happy hunting! |

| Feb. 10, 2002: This is not exactly a surprise to most of you, but it's about time we put it on the site as well: Beyond the Pale is expanding into an alliance of 3 pledges! Prince Fluvius and Prince Quintius have created the Blood Roses and The Legion blood pledges, and are putting together teams of young enthusiasts. Informally known as the Tri-Star Alliance, this threesome of pledges will act, live and play with the loyalty, honor and respect that Beyond The Pale has quickly become known for. While maintaining a level of individuality, it is our goal to create a powerful alliance with a uniformity not only apparent by the similarities of the pledge symbols, but mainly by the actions of all the members. This may not be the easiest of tasks, but the past month of memorable moments and growing friendship within Beyond The Pale strengthens us in our beliefs that this is not impossible. We are delighted to see positive reactions from both the new members and the regular Beyond The Pale-ers, and the first interactions between them, and the warm welcome by the regulars are giving us high hopes for the future. Thanks guys! Future-wise, it's too early to exactly define our plans and goals, but let's just say that we do intend to make a difference. We are only in the early stages of this process, forming teams of people - teams of friends - that are driven by the same ideals and goals, and can have fun and fight together, side by side, as 3, as 1. Combined pledge hunts and events will be planned in the near future. After that... we'll see ;) We hope all of you will at least enjoy this experience as much as us! |

| Feb. 20, 2002: Again with a slight delay, but we collected a few screenshots of Friday's Heine siege. And to whoever didn't know: BTP played an honorable part in that siege, helping TheDeadlySins defend. Even though the battle didn't end in victory for our side, we made ourselves be noticed, to say the very least. To all who were there: Great fight, guys! |
