OK, Me; On February 18, 97', I was injured in a fall from a height, while working as a Police Officer in the Bronx, I went to Jacobi Hospital where a mistake occured. I was denied medical care by my boss, NYPD MD Charles Martinez,, He then decided I would see his friend for treatment, Dr.(?)Keith Siller. Keith, ( a Neurologist) prescribed narcotics for my complaints of 'near fainting', and dragging my leg when I walked, (after a fall from a height)think about it folks. Now 2 months after my injury and my problems more serious, NYPD MD Charles Martinez sends me to physical therapy and Dr. Nicole Sasson. She also treated me like a joke, trying to have me accept Accupuncture for treatment of dragging my leg, near fainting episodes in very short, [Acupuntcure, come on, what is this lady a Taliban Leader?, or someone who commits Medical Fraud?]. The Prescription she wrote had 3 addresses and phone numbers on it, 2 numbers were 'bogus', the 3rd was listed to an Accountants Office named Albert Sasson , who was under investigation by the State of N,Y, in his 15 minutes of fame ie; what gives, is this a Doctors Office or an accountant?, the 'familia' enterprize even had a website with a parody of President Bush and a caption saying "Now we're F*&)*$%', , {video available on request} . Note; I needed an Insurance Approval to get treatment, Charles wouldn't let me pick the MD's, instead, he wrote the approvals for the Keith Siller / Dr. Nicole Sasson , KW Nicole L. Sasson M.D. (sic) duo at NYU Med Center themselves. I thought I was seeing independant MD's who would help me, not treat me as if I were a Dr. Joseph Mengel Experiment. Then NYPD MD Stanley Edelman had his turn, when I still tried getting approvals for medical care, he did was he's famous for, threatened to terminate me from work for being out sick, on limited duty or trying to get help from a real Doctor,(Note; Stanley recently lost a Lawsuit, GUILTY, of inflicting Torture upon a NYPD Police Officer Patient, although his Medical License has not been revoked as of yet. (Don't worry Stan, We'll furnish your family, Ginny and all, with Audio Tapes of the Torture you happily/haplessly inflicted on NYPD Police Officers, didn't you learn anything from behind WW II Enemy Lines, of how Dr. Mengel experimented on Human Beings?, what was it/he, your mentor?, and you think you can call yourself a philanthropist of Columbia U or the 92nd St YMCA? ). Next, I next ended up w/ life threatening surgery. I sought to file complaints against Dr. Siller and Sasson, their treatment nearly killed me, (only God or whatever higher order you believe in knows how many Police Officers you did kill). Who really were these MD's?. After the Mayor was written for help, I was now getting the special treatment, [sic]. My Police Personnel file was used to commit credit card/identity fraud, harassing phone calls to my unlisted #, (only NYPD and the Sasson/Siller duo had).� Mr. Ladd Grapski and Kevin Grapski (note; kevin's last known whereabouts were Minnesota), came all the way from Columbus Ohio, to visit 1122 Fteley Ave , in the Bronx, right across the street from 1123 Fteley Ave where fraudulent credit card orders were being shipped. NOT a coincidence, the harrasing phone calls were coming from Isabel Grapski (the Grapski Family and others, (in short), and my Credit Card and personal info. was being used by ' Kevin M. Grapski Charles Martinez and others , no, Kevin Grapski did not have permission to use my credit cards and personal information to commit Identity theft/Fraud, a Family Organization of Credit Card and Identity Thieves, Charles Martinez, Nicole Sasson, Kevin Grapski in short. One of the fraudulent orders was FOR Dr. N. Sasson herselfs, plural, she uses multiple ID's tolled from her patients Medical Records.
They were placing fraudulent orders to 1123 Fteley, with a base of 1122 Fteley Ave, where Charles Martinez of NYC Corporation Counsel lives. I continued trying to get info. on the Siller/Sasson Duo, I was almost killed by their treatment, and seeking avenues to the US Atty. No luck, I was threatened out of work first. I learned too late, the DUO, were both NYPD Doctors, Dr. Nicole Sasson, was actually a Police Disability Pension MD for the City. Note; Ms. Nicole Sasson was later Fired because too many Police Officers complained of the way this (?) Medical Doctor treated them, see her credential's, she's been fired or asked to leave every NYC hospital she's worked at, she's not an M.D. , just a fraud. They were'nt independant MD's of NYU at all, Charles Martinez was sending me to them in violation of conflict of interest rules, he knew they would provide no care for my injury.�Its also whats known as a 'Pattern and Practice of discrimination', it nearly killed me. I hope you are asking yourself, how could the NYPD Medical Division treat their injured Officers this way, ? And, using Police Officer's Medical records to commit Credit Card/Identity Fraud, with the Grapksi Family, ? Can you imagine, Identity Fraud helped Osama Crash planes into the World Trade Center, murdering helpless Police and Firemen,
now here is the NYPD Medical Division Administration, the Martinez Family from Pomona, N.Y., , and the Grapski's from Columbus, Ohio , aiding the effort. Footnote; after I was hurt, a brethren Officer told me to tape record all the NYPD MD's, in short, for me, a Police Officer, to wear a wire, and record the NYPD MD's, and any MD they sent me to, I didn't know why, I do now. What was documented in my med. records is far from the truth on tape. [They were tripping over each other writing fraudulent medical records.
