Scene 1 - To Wakanda

* First shot of the movie is showing someone getting ready for a date. Zoom in on eyes, lips, outfit, ect. While getting ready, Just a Girl is playing in the background. Once she is ready, the doorbell rings. She answers the door, revealing Kyle*

Adrian: Hey Baby! (Hugs and kisses Kyle) Come on in, the food is ready.

Kyle: mmmm, it smells good� what are we having?

Adrian: �Chinese (both giggle) so what, I don�t cook, but I know how to buy. (Kyle gives her a look) don�t get used to it (smile) I�m only doin this because its my special dinner (Brings food to table)

Kyle: so, what is it you wanted to tell me

Adrian: (looks a little sad) oh, that can wait until later

Kyle: okay� *as he finishes his words, the camera zooms on a candle, then fades. When it comes back, the candle is burned down farther and it refocuses onto Kyle and Adrian who are watching a movie and eating out of Chinese food boxes. The random girl is in the movie. The doorbell rings and Adrian gets up to get it*

Adrian: (Mumbles) ahhh god, please don�t tell me its my mom, she�s two hours early. (opens door to reveal mom and grandma, Kyle sees them and walks over) Maa! What are u doing here right now?

Mom: Well, hun, we came early to help you finish packing. (Adrian glares at the two) hey, we didn�t know Kyle would be here. (smiles at Kyle).

Kyle: Hi Mrs. G. Pack for what?

Mom: (glares at Adrian) you didn�t tell him?

Kyle: Tell me what?

Adrian: why don�t we go for a walk, Kyle (goes outside to the palm tree place)

Kyle: so whats going on?

Adrian: well� you see�. I�m leaving for a year

Kyle: WHAT?! WHY?!

Adrian: Ummm� well my aunt Judy, she wants me to go stay with her and go to college up north for a while. You know how she is. And besides I could take some good classes up there.

Kyle: why didn�t you tell me sooner?

Adrian: you know how u get. You would be upset all the way up until the end. Then we wouldn�t be able to enjoy our time together.

Kyle: (thinks for a minute) I guess your right, but you still should have told me. (walks in silence for a bit)

Adrian: well you will wait for me, right? I mean, when I come back, will you be there?

Kyle: (smiles) of course I will, I love you.

Adrian: (smiles back) I love you too

Kyle: I mean I can always come to visit you, and we can talk on the phone and stuff.

Adrian: NO!� I mean, my aunt doesn�t really like boys, she�ll kill you.

Kyle: ugh, I cant even see you now! Uhh, fine. We�ve made it this far, I guess I�ll find a way to live without seeing you for� a year.

Adrian: well, I better get home, its getting late

Kyle: alright (one last long hug) bye babe (kiss)

*Adrian walks through the door, greeted by her mom and grandma*

Mom: so, what did you tell him?

Adrian: I just told him that I was gonna spend my freshman year with Aunt Judy (all walk upstairs and start packing)

Grandma: you lied to that boy? If he�s the one, your going to have to tell him sooner or later!

Adrian: well right now I prefer later

Mom: she�s right, you know, its coming close

Adrian: don�t worry mom, I can handle it. (closes bag). Well I�m finished! I better get going, I told them I�d be there by midnight.

Mom: Oww! I cant believe my babies growing up! (Adrian hugs mom then grandma)

Grandma: oops, almost forgot your jacket (jacket flies over to Adrian)

Adrian: (smiles) the next time I see you, I�ll be able to do that. (walks through mirror) WAKANDA!
