| Order and Chaos | Back to poems | |||||
| Every time I blow the petals Off a dandelion I wish for you. But like the petals, You dance with the wind, You move with the seasons And sometimes lovers are forgotten Without you I drift through the days. Searching for something To occupy the lonely nights. But without you, the sky is empty; A starless night And I can't see beyond my own tears To run to you anymore. You are Order. She is Chaos. And I am just a Linden Tree Swaying in the breeze. I told you once That I would save you a seat At the end of the world, But my soul has already endured Armageddon, And you were never there To hold me. |
