Rolling a joint The mix is pherhaps the most important part of the joint.. Make sure the consistency is even, and break or remove any lumps or woody bits. The shape of the finshed joint is decided by how you distribute the mix over the papers. Cone shaped joint tend to smoke more smoothly then, straight joints but are harder to role (if that makes any sense) putting the roach in before rolling is recommended, and saves time and hassle. you'r also more likely to get a perfect fit. Now pick everything up and statrt in the middle, tis can be tricky, rolling outwards. let your thumbs do most of the work with the rest of your fingers giving your thumbs support. you should start to feel the mix firming inside of the paper. When you have an even consistency tuck down the facing paper edge with the tips of your thumbs, wrap the excess paper around the joint, wet and seal. Have a good time, i recommend lots and lots of practice :) |
