HOST 1: Making their first star guest on Sing It Your Way, please welcome B*Witched!
(Cheers and applause)
HOST 1: Girls!
HOST 2: Easy, tiger!
HOST 1: I'm sorry!
(Laughter)
HOST 2: Welcome to Sing It Your Way. You look fantastic. Don't they look great?
AUDIENCE: YEAH!
HOST 1: What happened to denim, because this looks fantastic.
KEAVY: I think basically when we started we needed a difference between us and other bands. So denim had never been done as the uniform in a band, so we did it. And it was very obvious.
HOST 2: And of course everybody followed as they do.
GIRLS: Yeah...
HOST 1: Did you follow? Did you follow?
HOST 2: I did, yes I did. I've got those hot pants as well.
(Laughter)
HOST 1: I followed too in fact.
HOST 2: He's got a denim thong.
(Laughter and cheering)
HOST 2: Now, now girls!
LINDSAY: Let me see that thong!
HOST 2: Do you have the same taste in music?
EDELE: Erm, I think we all generally like a wide range of music, but I mean I like a bit of country and the girls aren't particularly into that. So little bits and pieces.
HOST 2: (to Lindsay) So what do you like?
LINDSAY: Well, I'm kind of into hip hop and a bit of rock sometimes as well.
HOST 2: Hip hop.
HOST 1: Hip hop, kinda like this kind of vibe. (does infamous rapper pose)
LINDSAY: Yeah maan...
(Girls doing rap pose)
(Laughter)
HOST 1: So how did you decide on the song you're gonna sing tonight?
LINDSAY: Well, we just heard the song and, you know, bou yah ga show, we feelin' it!
(Laughter)
HOST 2: So this song was actually a hit before you were all born, so when did you first hear it?
SINEAD: When I was three.
HOST 2: Three, awww, a little B*Witched.
(Laughter)
EDELE: The first time I heard it was when my mum and dad played it years ago, I must've been only about six or seven.
HOST 2: (to Host 1) So you must've been about 42 then.
HOST 1: Well, yeah.
