| Their will be run clinics that will include HILL runs, TRAIL runs, INTERVAL and SPEED workouts. These bonus runs will be at different times and places than the main schedule. |
| BONUS RUN OF THE WEEK - |
| RUN PROGRAMS - Beginner - 30 min run program with walk/run intervals. EASY & FUN!!!! Kids Runs Starting with Mile runs, I want to work them up to a good 3 Miles(5km)Parents are encouraged to participate. All welcome The main runs work well for all levels. Monday night standard is 6km, but the faster runners add extra loops on and finish in the same time as the people who do the shorter loop. |
