Episode Two: Close Encounters
Woo hoo! I finally typed up Chapter Two! I really have to dedicate this one to Hitsuji, who really motivated me and gave me a bunch of very useful tips and techniques. This bud's for you!! Oh yes, the usual disclaimers apply, see the main page. Another thing to consider, anything written in italics within quotations are supposed to be thoughts, but I think I've made it fairly obvious. "Usagi-chan! Wake up! There's someone at the door for you!" Ikuko knocked on Usagi's door lightly.
"I'm awake mom..." Usagi groaned, stretching out of bed. Warm sunlight streamed through her open window, lighting up the room. The memory of her dream had left her temporarily. Right now, she wondered who was at her door, and descended the stairs to investigate.
"Naru-chan?" Usagi saw the redhead standing outside the door. She smiled warmly at her old friend, gesturing for her to come in.
"Oh! Usagi-chan! I didn't mean to wake you up!" She apologized. "But I guess I should have known that you would still be asleep," she added with a laugh, her blue-green eyes twinkling.
Usagi hadn't seen Naru for a while. She'd been at school of course, but the two had drifted apart ever since high school had begun. They hardly ever hung out now that they both had different groups of friends.
"Wow, I haven't seen you in so long! It seems like forever since we last talked," Usagi said.
"I know. I was just on my way up to the mall and thought it would be nice if you came. We haven't done anything in so long... What do you say? It'll be just like old times!"
"Ok!"

The four girls huddled in an alleyway near a shopping mall. The wore identical uniforms in four different colours. Red, blue, green, yellow.
"So this is it?" Hoshiko looked around the alley, raisng a skeptical eyebrow.
"It's amazing," a small smile played on Kalle's green lips. She tossed her green ponytail behind her shoulder.
"Earth... it's really Earth, minna!" Corazon whispered in awe.
"Yes, we've already established that," Plaxy said sarcastically. "Can we get on with the mission or what?" She rolled her icy blue eyes at Hoshiko, trying to undermine her work, though it had barely begun. She was desperately attempting to regain her command by staying professional, the way Karayan-sama would have wanted her to act. It seemed that Plaxy would do anything to please her queen, and even that was no longer enough.
"Right," Hoshiko became fixed on the mission. "So, here's how it works. Since we aren't technically alive, while in our spirit forms, we cannot perform any physical tasks. Therefore, we need a human host to use while on Earth. Possessing a human will not hurt it, or ourselves. We'll only be released from the body when we want to be, or if the body has sustained serious injury. However, the latter is unlikely to happen as our powers increase the strength of human flesh. Does everyone understand?" Hoshiko explained briskly.
"Yes!" Corazon and Kalle answered in unison. Plaxy offered no reply, making a small harmless protest of Hoshiko's command.
"We'll meet back here at 5:00pm Earth time. Gather as much information about humans and planet as possible. We need to make a strategy so we can use their weaknesses against them."

Corazon found a man much like her lover and possessed him. Their affair at the Palace was kept top secret, for if anyone were to find out, it would result in eternal damnation inside Karayan's Crystal. The black gem atop Karayan's staff could forever inprison a soul to a black void of nothingness. Karayan was always preaching that emotions such as love, happiness, and jealousy, made you weak with stupidity and temptation. The Dark Queen claimed she had no emotions, and that was why she was so strong. However, Corazon knew that this was foolish, and that Karayan did infact experience emotions, she just wouldn't admit it. It was Karayan's hate and desire for revenge that made her want the Earth. If Karayan truly had no emotions, she would desire nothing, and would be a lot nicer too!
Corazon spotted a girl in the music store browsing through cds. She was very pretty, with long blond hair tied back with a red ribbon, and sparkling blue eyes. She reminded Corazon of herself, even though her blond hair was cut short, just below her ears. Corazon thought it just perfect. She would introduce this man to this girl, and they would be so much like her and her forbidden love.
"Hey, what are you looking for?" Corazon asked in a deep voice.
"Huh?" Minako looked up from what she was doing and noticed a tall handsome man staring at her from intense black eyes. Minako looked around to make sure that he was actually talking to her. "Oh, nothing in particular," She said, trying to sound casual, turning on the charm.
"So, what's your name?" he asked.
"Minako," she said coyly, not believing her luck at such a catch.
"Oh Minako, would you happen to have a map? Because I think I just got lost in your eyes."
The pick up line made Minako burst out laughing, despite all her efforts to keep her cool. She held her hand to her mouth to silence the fit, but her convulsing shoulders gave her away. She finally calmed down and wiped a tear from her eye. "What's your name, Mr...?" she trailed off, waiting for him to finish the sentence.
"Oh! Um...Lemme check." Minako stared in dumb shock as the man pulled out his driver's license and checked for his name. "I am....Yamoto Hiro."
Minako was very confused, but then she came to the conclusion that he was trying to be funny, and burst out laughing again, causing everyone in the store to stare. "This guy is nuts, but a cutie! Finally, another chance at love for Aino Minako!!" She thought and laughed away.
"What is this girl laughing at? She must be nuts or something...And that shrieking laugh is giving me a headache!!"

Kalle had taken the form of a young girl, about eight years of age. She was wandering aimlessly through the mall, eyeballing everything in sight. Earth was amazing to her. However, it wasn't her first time being here. She had lived as a human, a long, long time ago. In fact, all of Karayan's subjects had once been alive at some time. They had lived on Earth as she had. Except for Hoshiko and a handful of others. They came from a different place.
Kalle found the Earth in this time to be absoulutely breath taking. She was amazed at the changes in technology. Although she had watched Earth develop from the palace, seeing  it firsthand was a totally different experience.
Kalle was so absorbed in her thoughts that she wasn't watching where she was going. An older girl bumped into her, knocking Kalle to the ground.
"Oh! Gomen Nasai*!!! Are you alright?" A girl about the age of sixteen asked her. She was very pretty with bright blue eyes and short blue hair.
"Yes, just watch where you're going." Kalle's tiny voice sounded like a bell, even though she had wanted it to sound harsh.
"There's no need to be rude, Ami-chan just wanted to apologize," a brunette cut in. Her hair was up in a ponytail, her long bangs hanging in front of her green eyes.
"Mako-chan, she's young, it's ok." Ami said to her.
"Where's your parents?" Makoto asked Kalle.
"None of your business!!" Kalle replied hastily.

"You shouldn't be so rude to girls older than you! Where are your manners?" Makoto scolded, her voice stern.
"Are you lost?" Ami asked gently, touching Kalle's arm.
"No!" Kalle retorted, throwing Ami's arm off her own. The gesture threw Ami off balance, and she fell backwards onto the ground. Several people around them stared as they walked by.
"We're just trying to help!" Ami's tone wasn't as sweet as it had been. Her face was red as she stood to her feet. She couldn't believe the nerve of that child! Not to mention her strength.
"Hey!" Makoto stuck her index finger in the little girls' face, taking a very authoritive voice. "How would you like it if I started pushing you around?"  Then turned to Ami and said, "Maybe it's better for her to be separated from parents that would raise such an ill mannered girl."
"Maybe you should come with us until we find your parents," Ami suggested, not wanting to leave the girl alone, regardless of her manners.
Kalle nodded, hoping this would shut them up. She decided she could still conduct her research without these humans knowing it. "This will prove very interesting indeed."
Meanwhile, Ami was thinking about how strong that small child had been. She had had enough strength to throw Amy to the ground with the flick of her wrist. It seemed terribly abnormal to Ami. That girl was a little too strong....

Hoshiko had entered the mall, and still hadn't found a host. She knew that she shouldn't be picky about them, but couldn't help herself. As she moved througout the mall, it was obvious to her that humans could not see her in this form. Hoshiko was like a ghost. She couldn't be seen, and she passed through physical materials. She came across a clothing store and saw two teenage girls checking out the latest fashions. One had long blonde hair in two pigtails. The two odangos at the top of the girl's head seemed a little peculiar to Hoshiko.
The other girl, Hoshiko decided on taking. She was an attractive redhead, much like herself, except this girl's hair was shorter and tied into a turquoise bow. Hoshiko entered the girl's body as the blonde checked the price of a skirt.
"It's too bad that I already spent all my money!" Usagi whined. "Oh! And it's on sale too!! Half off!"
Hoshiko tuned the girl's babbling out and became enveloped in herself. She stared at foreign hands from eyes that did not belong to her. A smirk crossed her face as she slowly opened and closed her fist.
"Hey Naru, you still have money! You could buy it for me, and I'll pay you back!" Usagi's voice interupted Hoshiko's thoughts.
"Huh? What are you going on about?" Hoshiko asked, surprised at the sound of her new voice.
"Kidding! Kidding! I didn't mean it, silly!" Usagi laughed nervously, tyring to convince herself of her own words.
"I know you were," Hoshiko said seriously, trying to play her role.
"Hey! Are you hungry? I kind of want to get something to eat." Usagi grinned, picturing all sorts of delicious food in her head, a little dribble forming at the side of her mouth.
"Hmm? O..Ok, lead the way," Hoshiko went along with the blonde. She was immediately beginning to regret choosing this body, and wondered if it wasn't too late to find someone with a friend who wasn't nearly as annoying.

Plaxy had invaded a short, old man. He was with another human, a beautiful young woman, no older than sixteen. She had long black hair, that at times had a purple sheen to it . Her eyes were dark with mystery.
"Did you hear what just I asked you?" Rei asked, slightly irritated.
"Huh?" Plaxy was confused. It was as if she had just walked in and caught the tail end of someone else's conversation.
"Who was that woman you were flirting with at the supermarket?"
"What are you talking about?" Plaxy asked, bewildered.
"Fine then, don't tell me." Rei said, sounding snobbish.
"Humans are so difficult," she thought. Even though Plaxy had been a human once, she no longer considered herself one. That part of her had been left behind the day her body had died and turned cold in the ground. She hated humans now. They had no idea what a wonderful gift they were given. They took the planet for granted and slowly killed it. Humanity was a virus. They spread quickly, destroying everything around them. Plaxy wanted all humans dead as she was. She wanted them to go through what she had endured. An eternity of her 'life'. Plaxy didn't understand what she had done wrong to end up in the Kingdom of Lost Souls. Her old beliefs told her that she would pass onto a blissful afterlife, but instead she was cursed with this. Her beliefs and her faith melted away, and she gave herself over to the Dark Queen. At first, Plaxy believed that if she worked hard enough, and impressed the Empress, she would be granted the blissful afterlife she craved. But it never came. And after thousands of years passed, Plaxy knew that there was nothing other than this existance, and so she devoted herself to it.
"Are you ok?" Rei asked suddenly, eyeing Plaxy suspisciously. She had suddenly felt a wave of uneasiness.
"Yes, of course, " Plaxy answered, not really paying attention.
The two were walking past the food court, when Rei thought she saw Minako...but was that a guy she was with!? A cute one at that.
"Just a second, grandpa, I want to say hi," Rei started off towards Minako when she noticed Ami and Makoto at a table with a little girl seated between them. Rei felt a cold chill run down her spine as her eyes met with the girl's. They were so dark, they seemed to be black. Minako, hanging off the arm of this new guy, was showing him off to her friends.
"Oh! Rei-chan! Hi!" She waved, glad that Rei had seen her with such a handsome man.
"Minako-chan, I see you've met a new friend. Was there something you weren't telling me?" Rei gestured to the man, her voice teasing.
"Nothing like that! We just met today! Let me introduce you! Rei, this is Yamoto Hiro, Hiro-san, Hino Rei," Minako chirped.
"Hello," Rei said, sticking out her hand.
"Nice to meet you," As soon as the man shook her hand, Rei felt an unsettling force overcome her. She drew a sharp breath, and backed away, surprised.
"Rei-chan? What's wrong?" Minako asked, concerned.
"I don't know," Rei shut her eyes tight as the bad feelings inside grew. She held her hands to her temples, as is she were suffering from a headache.
"Maybe you should sit down," Minako tested her hand against Rei's forehead and cheeks.
"I hope you're not coming down with something," Ami said worriedly as she moved to make room for Rei at the table. Rei took her seat, and noticed the little girl staring at her.
"Oh, what's you name?" She asked. The child only stared at Rei, showing no feelings whatsoever.
"We found her wandering lost in the mall," Ami answered for the little girl. "But we haven't gotten a name from her yet."
"Kalle," the small voice answered. She stared intently at Rei, who it seemed was hit with another barrage of negative feelings. The young girl, Hiro, and Rei's grandfather all exchanged glances. They knew that this 'Rei' girl could detect something the other girls couldn't. She was a danger to them. "Who's the old man?" Kalle asked in a mockingly sweet voice. She was fully aware that Plaxy lay within.
"My grandpa," Rei said, troubled, looking at her grandfather. She suddenly became aware of a change in him, but couldn't be sure of what it was.
Suddenly, Usagi and Naru arrived on the scene. Usagi was carrying as many bags as she could, while Naru only had three.
"Hey, minna*! Is everyone doing some shopping today?" Usagi asked cheerfully, unaware of Rei's disfcomfort.
"Shopping for love!!" Minako gushed, pulling Hiro close towards her. He tried to draw back, but Minako wouldn't let him. She sweat-dropped and held tightly onto him until he stopped squirming.
"Hey, Naru-chan, did you get a haircut or something?" Makoto asked. "You look different."
Hoshiko stood in Naru's body, unsure of what to say. "No....," came the hesitant reply.
"I think it's just that we haven't seen you in so long that you look different!" Minako concluded.
"No, something really looks different, I can see it too...but I can't put my finger on it," Ami studied Naru closely.
Hoshiko gave her teammates nervous glances. She hoped her cover wouldn't be blown. She had gotten herself in way too deep. She didn't even know these girls' names.
"Hmm..." Usagi tried to figure out the difference as well.
"I know! It's your eyes! Did you get coloured contacts? They look really nice," Makoto observed. "But they almost look black--"
"You're not Naru-chan," Rei spoke quietly, her voice hard. She focused her eyes on Naru, who was backing away from the table of teenagers.
"What? Of course it is! Rei, what's gotten into you?" Usagi smiled, sure that Rei had somehow made a mistake.
"This is wrong, this is all wrong," Rei's eyes shifted from Naru to Kalle to Hiro, to her grandfather. Looking into four sets of black eyes. "Where's my real grandfather? What have you done with him?" She demanded angrily. She stood up from the table, slamming her fist down. Ami and Makoto got up and backed away from Kalle, while Minako unclenched herself from Hiro's arm.
"Who are you?" Rei's eyes narrowed, taking a step closer to her granfather. He backed up a step, looking at Naru, Hiro and Kalle, silently asking them for advice.
Then suddenly, without warning, the four of them bolted from the foodcourt. Naru swung her shopping bags at Usagi.
"AHH!" Usagi cried, as she was knocked to the ground. She looked up and saw her friend running away to the nearest exit.
Kalle elbowed Makoto in the stomach, her small elbow causing a painful wallop. Ami grabbed the girl by the wrist as she tried to run away, but Kalle spun around and flipped the table with her free hand.
"Oh no!!" Ami shielded herself with her hands as the table landed on her and Makoto.
"Oh my god!"
"Look at that!" Onlookers pointed and stared. They watched as Kalle broke free, her tiny feet sounding on the cold tile.
"Hey!" Minako yelped, as Hiro shoved her violently to the ground and then took off.
"NOO!" Rei ran after her granfather, as he tried to get away. She caught up to him, but he whipped around and tripped her feet out from underneath her. He took off, following Naru and the rest.
"We have to catch up!" Rei exclaimed, tearing off after her grandfather. She could feel the panic rising in her chest. It was difficult to breathe. Usagi followed close behind.
"Naru-chan!! NARU!!" Usagi cried, becoming very scared.
Makoto and Ami pushed the table off of themselves and caught up to Minako who was running after Usagi and Rei.
When they got outside, they caught a glimpse of Kalle turning a corner into an alley. No one else was around.
"Henshin yo!*" Rei cried, bringing out her transformation stick.
"Moon Eternal," Usagi started, grasping onto her Eternal Compact.
"Mercury Crystal Power!"
"Mars Crystal Power!"
"Jupiter Crystal Power!"
"Venus Crystal Power!"
"MAKE-UP!!!!!!!" The girls held their sticks high in the air and were magically transformed into their Super forms, save Sailor Moon, who turned into Eternal Sailor Moon. The Senshi continued chasing the four runnaways and eventually found them at the end of the  alleyway, backed into a corner.
"Stop right there!" Sailor Moon commanded. "I don't know who you are, but I won't forgive those you would possess innocent people and use them as tools of evil! I am the Sailor-suited soldier who fights for Love and Justice! Sailor Moon!! In the name of the moon, I will punish you!"
Hoshiko gasped and stared at the senshi wide eyed. "The Sailor...Senshi..!?" Hoshiko whispered in shock.
"That's right!" Sailor Moon answered.
"No..But that's impossible..." Hoshiko could feel the anger rising. "You're dead... you died!!"
The Senshi all looked at each other, confused.
"Are you the defenders of this planet?" Plaxy asked, her eyebrow raised.
"Yes.." Sailor Moon looked her four opponents with uncertainty.
Plaxy turned to Kalle and Corazon. "Can you believe that the Earth's resistance consists of school girls in miniskirts and high heels?" She snickered.
"Stop this! Leave Naru alone!!!" Sailor Moon pleaded.
"Are you referring to this girls's body?" Hoshiko asked gravely. She looked down at her hands and her clothes. "Don't worry, she will remain unharmed, as long as you don't attack it." Hoshiko smiled wickedly. "Is she important to you?"
"Yes." Sailor Moon's eyes welled up with tears.
Hoshiko chuckled at the reply. Then, her expression turned cold. "Just like I was important to you, Princess?"
"What?" Sailor Moon whispered, surprised at being addressed as 'Princess'. Before she had time to think about it, Hoshiko lunged towards her, a bunch of red energy was emitted from Naru's hands. It flew directly towards Sailor Moon.
She dodged just in time, all the Senshi gasped and took up defensive stances. Hoshiko fired again, this time at all of the Senshi. They barely got out of the way.
"Jupiter.. Oak--"
"Wait!!" Sailor Moon jumped in front of Jupiter, raising her arms to keep her from firing. "We can't fight them! We'll hurt Naru and the others. Rei's grandpa... We can't fight innocent people!"
The realization hit Jupiter, and she backed away. How else could they fight this enemy??
"See, it's true what Karayan says. These soldiers are weak with their emotional attachment to these bodies. They won't fight us, leaving an easy road to victory," Plaxy pointed out to Kalle and Corazon, giving them a miniature lesson.
"Aren't you going to fight back?!" Hoshiko asked.
The Senshi looked away, unable to admit that they couldn't fight. At the same time, they wouldn't give up and were determined to win. They just didn't know how.
Hoshiko fired another assault of stinging energy. Palxy, Corazon and Kalle followed suit.
"AHHH!!" Minako and Ami screamed in pain, falling to their knees as they were hit. They hadn't dodged the attack in time.
"Venus!! Mercury!!" Sailor Moon gasped, running to their sides. But Usagi was caught as well, and cried out. The Senshi rose to their feet, unstable and shaken.
"I've had enough of this!" Mars growled. "Akuryo Taisan!*" She whipped four papers at the four enemies. They all leapt out of the way. So quickly in fact that none of the Senshi could follow them with their eyes.
"Wow! They're fast!!" Venus exclaimed.
A beam of energy shot out, hitting all five Senshi. It caused a small explosion, which created a crater in the cement ground. The Sailor Soldiers flew in every which direction. As the smoke cleared, Sailor Moon could see Mercury had been thrown against a brick wall, and had landed on top of Jupiter. Venus kissed the ground (not literally) and rolled over a few times before skidding to a halt. Mars hit her head off a different brick wall, and was slipping in and out of consciousness.
"You still won't fight back?" Hoshiko questioned Sailor Moon again. Sailor Moon trembled as she pulled herself to her feet, she didn't answer Hoshiko. "You're being overpowered. Your friends are dying." Hoshiko stated. "Nothing has changed has it? You're still letting your friends down."
"Never, I'd never let them down!" Sailor Moon cried. Hoshiko scoffed at the Senshi of the moon and raised her hand to unleash another assault of energy.

Suddenly, a bright red rose cut across Naru's hands. Hoshiko held the small wound tightly. She had forgotten what pain had felt like. "Who's there!?" she hissed, furious. 

"Tuxedo Kamen-sama!" Sailor Moon was elated.  She saw him standing from the top of the building beside them.

"It looks like you are nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing! Sailor Moon, remember you aren't fighting your friends, but the enemy that lies within!" Tuxedo Kamen dished out his words of wisdom and then leapt to the ground.

"Well, this is one wolf that will eat the sheep! Regardless if you fight back or not, we will defeat you!" Hoshiko fumed.

"I won't fight you, I'll heal you!" Sailor Moon stood up straight and yelled, "Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss!!!!"
The attack washed over the four opponents. Sailor Moon watched as the light shone brightly. "What's going on??" Hoshiko was enraged. She fell silent as the light covered Naru's body.
The brightness faded, and Sailor Moon was a little relieved to see Naru standing unharmed at the end of the alley, A confused look on her face.
"Naru-chan?" Sailor Moon asked hopefully. The other Senshi gathered around. Rei looked at her grandfather doubtfully.
"No," Hoshiko answered. "But that was a good try. Pretty little trick, but I'm afraid that the only way you can get us out of these bodies is to kill them."
"No..." Rei whispered, tears forming in her eyes.
"I don't believe you!" Sailor Moon said, although she really didn't know what to believe. Hoshiko's words caused a tear to fall on the ground.
Mercury switched on her computer, analyzing her data. "Mars, your scrolls will work, it's just a matter of catching these guys," Mercury informed her.
"I'll slow them down! I promise not to hurt you too much!" Venus winked. "Venus Love Me Chain!!!!" She tossed her chain towards the enemy, who once again dodged with blinding speed. Venus continued to chase them with her chain, and finally, when everything came to a stop, Hoshiko, Plaxy, Coarazon and Kalle found themselves tangled helplessly in her attack. Mars flung her scrolls at them. There was a hissing sound, and four ghostlike images of four girls rose up from the bodies.
"NoooOOOoooOO!" Hoshiko was screeching.
The Sailor Senshi rushed towards their fallen friends as they collasped onto the ground.
"It looks like there are three ways to be evicted from a body." Kalle murmured.
Sailor Moon looked up at the four spirits. They were all dressed in different colours: Red, Blue, Green Yellow, but had the same uniform on.  They were translucent, Sailor Moon could see the city right through their figures.
The Senshi took the advantage of the oppourtunity and attacked.
"Jupiter Oak Evolution!!"
"Mars, Flame Sniper!!!"
"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!!!"
"Venus Love and Beauty Shock!!"
All of their attacks went right through the four generals. "Sorry girls, that won't work when we're out of body!!" Corazon cackled.
"This isn't over!! I'll be back, Princess! Don't you worry!" Hoshiko spat, her red eyes flashing angrily. The Senshi watched, amazed, as the four ghosts vanished into thin air.

Usagi was still very uspet over the day's events. She had decided to stay over at Naru's that night, since Naru's mom was out of town a a jewelry show.
"Thank you, Usagi for staying with me tonight," Naru said, tucked in her bed. Usagi was laying on the floor, in a sleeping bag.
"No problem."
"I would have normally stayed by myself, it's not really that big a deal, but after today... I guess I'm a little shaken up." Naru hadn't remembered being possessed. The last thing she could recall was going to the mall with Usagi, and then buying a few things. There was a black patch, and she remembered waking up in a alley behind the  mall. "Though we haven't been together in a while, you're still a good friend to look after me. Arigato, Usagi-chan," Naru said, turning out her light.
"Good night Naru-chan," Usagi yawned. Inside she was she was anything but tired. She really felt horrible about what had happened. "If I'm such a good friend, then why couldn't I tell when something was wrong?" Usagi promised herself to be a better friend in the future. However, that wasn't the only thing that troubled her. Usagi couldn't get that girl in red off her mind. Somehow, she seemed to know that Sailor Moon and and Princess Serenity were one and the same. It was a mystery to her. All the thoughts swirling about in Usagi's head soon put her into a troubled sleep.

It wasn't long before Usagi fell into that same familiar dream. Usagi, clad as Princess Serenity was standing in the blackness, alone and surrounded by fog. Usagi was suddenly aware that she was in the dream, and knew only too well what would happen next.
"Hello?" Usagi called, waiting for a response. The light came again, that bright light that marked the arrival of the mysterious girl.
"Serenity-sama..." her voice grew stronger as she approached, and finally Usagi could see her sillouette.
"Please!! Tell me who you are!" Usagi begged.
"I need your help," the girl's mouth moved so fluidly, it didn't seem like the sound was coming from there, but more like it was coming from all around her, in all directions.
"What do you want?" Usagi cried in frustration. "Please! Just tell me who you are!"
It was then that the fog cleared away and the light dimmed. Usagi felt a lump develop in her throat as she saw the girl clearly. She swallowed, her mouth becoming dry. Usagi tried to speak, but no sound came out. The mysterious girl's auburn hair blew about, her bright blue eyes held pools of tears. The most shocking thing of all was that this girl wore a  Sailor fuku of black and blue. Usagi's hand fluttered to her mouth, her eyes full of astonishment.
"Serenity-sama... Please, ...help me!!"

*Akuryo Taisan - The phrase written on Rei's scrolls. Loosely meaning, "Evil spirit be gone," or something to that effect.
