The Foreign Divisions or "Eleventh Legion" is unique to the Royal Armed Forces. Though under the financing and control of the Realm, the Divisions are made up entirely of non-Lindonari. The Foreign Divisions accept any foreign soldiers at least 17 years of age that are physically/mentally able and not a member of another nation's armed forces. Many that come to enlist are from nations that remain neutral in today's hostilities and wars but they themselves wish to fight. Others come to escape their past or normal lives. No questions are asked when one comes to enlist, though extensive background checks are made to ensure the person is not a deserter of another military.
The Foreign Divisions are membered and staffed all by foreign persons. Even the Captain-General is a foreign soldier. The Foreign Divisions maintain their own artillery, armor and support companies. They act independent of the other Legions unless the objectives of an operation call for otherwise. A Staff Marshal from the Legionary High Command keeps an eye on the running of the Divisions but rarely interferes.
Currently there is only one full Foreign Division at this time. But the recruiting stations receive volunteers and inquiries on information everyday. It is hoped that three full Divisions will be created sometime in the near future.
