Institutes of High Learning are found throughout the Realm. Depending upon the field of study they offer levels of education: Certificates, Applied Degree, Master and Doctorate.
Certificates show that a student has gone through the immediate related courses for that field but none of the extra courses.
An Applied Degree is the Certificate with the extra courses such as Arts and Advanced Primary Knowledge.
Master Degrees can be obtained by completing the Applied Degree and any non immediate related courses for that field.
The Doctorate is obtained only through years of study in which all courses for the field have been completed.

Offers degrees in Science, Medical Studies, Psychology, Astronomy, History and Language Studies.

Offers a wide range of degrees and certificates in continuing education.
-Rivera Provincial University
Degrees in Architecture, Marketing, Accounting, Business, Engineering, and Teaching
-South Gate Military Academy
Military School that teaches Military Tactics, Advanced Military Fields, and Officer Training
-Nareth Encrissan College
Religious Institute that offers degrees in Religion, Ministry, Social Service, Culture and History.
-Institute of Technology
Offers degrees in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, Communications and Data
Systems.
-Institute of Arts
Offers courses in Theater, Art, Writing and Music

Knowledge Assessment Exam of the Realm (KAER) taken in High School
Institute of Higher Learning Entry Exam
Each University has it's own requirements based on grades, civic service volunteering, written essay and character. Scholarships are offered either by the Institute or private funding.
